2. What this website is

This site carries general information about RESOL and the areas in which we practise. In compliance with the rules of the Bar Council of India, it is not advertising and not solicitation. It is made available only for informational purposes, to those who ask for it of their own accord.

3. Nothing here is legal advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, and nothing on it should be acted on without taking advice on your own facts. Sending us an enquiry does not create an attorney–client relationship, and does not by itself attract privilege. A relationship begins only when we have run a conflict check and a written engagement letter is in place.

4. Enquiries you send us

Please keep a first message to an outline of the issue. Do not send privileged or highly sensitive material through the enquiry form. We may be unable to act for you where a conflict exists, and we are not obliged to accept any instruction.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and logo on this site belong to RESOL or are used with permission. You may read and print pages for your own, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish or adapt any part of the site without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any server behind it;
• disrupt or interfere with the site’s operation;
• harvest or scrape data from the site by automated means;
• misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
